It’s one thing to host the ladies of the Real Housewives of Abuja, and it’s another thing to impress them, and boy, did Princess impress everyone at her party, including us on the other side of the screen. Can we take a moment to applaud Princess Jennifer Umeh-Ubaka aka Princess Jecoco for the beautiful display of the Igbo culture at her Umu Asa party?
Like we didn’t have enough reasons to love the vibrant Igbo culture, Princess Jecoco gave us a thousand more from the Atilogwu dance and food to the performance of a live masquerade!
To crown it, the grand entrance for the real-life Princess, who came in on the shoulders of hefty men, had us applauding. Not like we are ever going to not notice Nollywood actor, Stan Nze, who played the host, but it was every shade of fun.
While it was all laughter and gaiety at Princess’s party, all was not well in the world of the RHOAbuja ladies as Tutupie had some beef to squash with Comfort. The mentor-mentee relationship between the two women had gone south as Tutupie called her out over the “Tutupie was drunk/lit” and “She is not mentally and morally fit to judge” incident that happened in the last two episodes.
And from the conversation Tutupie had with Arafa – we are not missing the part where the latter denied her friendship with Comfort – it seems Tutupie might have overdone it when she decided to confront Comfort about the whole “Tutupie is a drunk” issue.
It was a hot mess of accusations and tears but that’s what we signed up for. We love the drama and would be here for it in the next episode dropping this Friday exclusively on Showmax.
